Did Joe Biden conspire with his son to obstruct a Congressional subpoena?
That’s what Congressional investigators are alleging. According to Congressman Jim Jordan and Rep. James Comer, Joe Biden knew that Hunter Biden would defy the Congressional subpoena ahead of time.
At the center of their allegations is a statement made by the White House press secretary indicating that Joe Biden knew what Hunter Biden planned to do ahead of time by skipping the private deposition demanded by lawmakers.
Following Hunter Biden’s emergency press conference, White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre told the media that Joe Biden was “certainly familiar with what his son was going to say.”
The House Judiciary Committee and the House Oversight Committee penned this letter outlining the expanded scope of the ongoing investigation:

Hunter Biden said last month that he would be willing to testify before the House Oversight Committee, but only in public.
However, Comer said that this amounted to “a demand that he receive special treatment.”
