Secret Service Agent’s Bold Move at Trump Rally Turns Heads
Female Secret Service Agent on Trump’s Detail Allegedly Left Post to Breastfeed Child
The U.S. Secret Service is investigating claims that a female agent assigned to former President Donald Trump’s detail left her post to breastfeed her child.
The accusation comes weeks after Trump was nearly assassinated in Butler, Pennsylvania, leading to the resignation of former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle.
In a statement, Secret Service spokesman Anthony Gugliemi said the agency is investigating the accusations.
“All employees of the U.S. Secret Service are held o the highest standards. While there was no impact to the North Carolina event, the specifics of this incident are being examined,” Gugliemi said.
“Given this is a personnel matter, we are not in a position to comment further,” he added.
The allegations first arose in a post made by RealClearPolitics correspondent Susan Crabtree, where she claimed that the female agent abandoned her post during Trump’s rally in North Carolina to breastfeed her child.
On X, Crabtree said the site agent found the female agent breastfeeding her child in a room that was set aside for the Secret Service to conduct their work.
“The site agent went to do one final sweep of the walking route and found the agent breast-feeding her child in a room that is supposed to be set aside for important Secret Service official work, i.e. a potential emergency related to the presidency,” the correspondent wrote.
“A working agent on duty cannot bring a child to a protective assignment,” Crabtree added. “The woman was out of the Atlanta Field Office.”

Crabtree said three sources within the Secret Service informed her of the incident.
The accusations come weeks after the former president was shot at by a crazed gunman in Butler. Many Americans blamed the Secret Service for the fateful incident, saying the agency failed to conduct its job properly.
Cheatle resigned days after the tragic shooting in Pennsylvania. She had focused some of her efforts on recruiting more women into the agency, per the New York Post.
On July 23, Cheatle submitted her resignation letter. She was a 28-year veteran of the agency.
“I have, and will always put the needs of this agency first,” Cheatle said. “In light of recent events, it is with a heavy heart that I have made the difficult decision to step down as your Director.”
Trump reacted to Cheatle’s resignation by blaming the Biden administration for the assassination attempt on his life.
“The Biden/Harris Administration did not properly protect me, and I was forced to take a bullet for Democracy. IT WAS MY GREAT HONOR TO DO SO,” the former president said.
Fox News anchor Greg Gutfeld reacted to the breastfeeding accusations, delivering a scathing rebuke of the female agent and joking about his assassination plans.
‘If I wanted to be an assassin, all I’d have to do is get all the female agents pregnant,” Gutfeld said.
Libertarian columnist Kat Timpf echoed Gutfeld’s comments.
“I mean, once again, once again, this is unimaginable at any job,” Timpf claimed. “Imagine a cashier abandoning their post at a Chipotle to go breastfeed their baby. Would heads roll at that Chipotle? Yes,” she said.
