Shock Deposition Footage of Epstein Answering Question About Trump and Young Girls Reemerges as Maxwell Plans Deal With DOJ Officials, is Expected to Unveil Striking ‘New Evidence’: Report

Ghislaine Maxwell is expected to present new evidence during an upcoming jailhouse meeting with Justice Department officials and will attempt to negotiate a deal with government representatives, according to Jeffrey Epstein’s former attorney.

The development emerged as previously unseen footage surfaced showing Epstein answering questions about Donald Trump and underage girls during a 2010 deposition.

President Trump received notification months ago from Pam Bondi that his name appears multiple times in the Jeffrey Epstein files, according to a recent report.

Maxwell will personally meet with a senior Justice Department official at a federal prison in Florida where she is currently serving a 20-year sentence for helping Epstein traffic young women.

Her brother Ian Maxwell told the New York Post on Wednesday that she will be providing new evidence regarding Epstein during the meeting.

“She will be putting before that court material new evidence that was not available to the defense at her 2021 trial, which would have had a significant impact on its outcome,” Ian Maxwell stated.

Ghislaine Maxwell, 63, chose not to testify in her defense during her 2021 trial, which resulted in her conviction for her role in a scheme to sexually exploit and abuse multiple minor girls with Epstein over the course of a decade.

Former Epstein attorney Alan Dershowitz claimed that Maxwell will attempt to negotiate a deal with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche when he visits her in custody.

“She’s going to make a deal… That’s the way things are done. They make deals with the Mafia, so I’m certain they are going to try to make a deal with her,” he told the Post, as outlined by TTOA earlier this week.

Her discussions with the White House occurred as a continuous stream of information on the Epstein saga continued to circulate across traditional media outlets and social media platforms.

Liberal podcasters MeidasTouch posted a video Wednesday of a 2010 deposition in which Epstein was questioned about Trump but remained largely evasive in his responses.

“Have you ever had a personal relationship with Donald Trump?” Epstein was asked by a lawyer representing an underaged victim.

“What do you mean by ‘personal relationship,’ sir?” he replied.

“Have you socialized with him?” the questioner continued.

“Yes, sir,” he admitted.

“Have you ever socialized with Donald Trump in the presence of females under the age of 18?” the lawyer persisted.

“Though I’d like to answer that question, at least today I’m going to have to assert my Fifth, Sixth, and 14th Amendment rights, sir,” he replied.

The Fifth Amendment protects individuals from being forced to testify against themselves in a criminal case, while the Sixth and 14th involve other individual protections under the law.

Epstein invoked the fifth amendment on all questions he was asked during the deposition, though his response to the Trump questions appeared unique.

The saga of the billionaire pedophile has impacted the Trump administration since the controversial handling of the Epstein files, which the president now characterizes as a Democrat-led hoax.

Attorney General Pam Bondi faces calls to testify before Congress after the Wall Street Journal reported that she informed Trump that his name appeared in the FBI files of the sex-trafficking investigation.

Ghislaine Maxwell, 63, remains the only person behind bars despite allegations that pedophile Jeffrey Epstein controlled a network of underage girls.

Additionally, Epstein’s victims alleged they were passed around as sex toys to his wealthy friends and billionaire business associates who regularly visited his homes including his private island, Little Saint James.

The Daily Mail reported that a source stated: “Despite the rumors, Ghislaine was never offered any kind of plea deal. She would be more than happy to sit before Congress and tell her story.”

The source continued: “No-one from the government has ever asked her to share what she knows.”

“She remains the only person to be jailed in connection to Epstein and she would welcome the chance to tell the American public the truth.”

The nature of that “truth” remains unclear.

Maxwell was convicted in 2022 over her role in a scheme to sexually exploit and abuse multiple minor girls with Epstein over the course of a decade.

Maxwell argues she should have been protected from prosecution as part of a Non Prosecution Agreement made by Epstein in 2007 when he agreed to plead guilty to two minor charges of prostitution in a “sweetheart deal” which saw him spend little time behind bars.

Earlier this week, Ian Maxwell revealed his sister’s mental state following the controversial release of the files.

Ian Maxwell maintains regular phone contact with his sister in jail and told The Times she fears for her safety, as highlighted by the Daily Mail.

“Prisons are very dangerous places and we know from Ghislaine that there are serious staff shortages and more dangerous higher-risk-category prisoners now being admitted to … Tallahassee,” said Maxwell.

“For sure she remains at great, if not greater, risk and has expressed her real concerns about this to me.”
