Shocking Hulk Hogan Revelation Erupts After Tragic Death
Hulk Hogan’s Death Stuns Inner Circle After Final Call Revelation: ‘He Was Doing Great’
Jimmy Hart, the longtime manager and close friend of Hulk Hogan, expressed disbelief over the wrestling legend’s sudden death, saying he had just received good news about Hogan’s health the night before he passed.
Hart had called Hogan on Wednesday and spoke with his assistant, who reassured him that Hogan was “doing great.”
In an interview with People on Friday, Hart recounted that he spoke to Hogan’s assistant late Wednesday.
Then, just hours later on Thursday morning, Hogan tragically passed away. “It all happened overnight,” Hart said, adding that the previous conversation left him feeling hopeful.
Hogan and Hart had a close professional and personal relationship stretching back decades.
The two had most recently worked together at a WWE event in January 2025, where they addressed fans during RAW at the Intuit Dome in California. Hart described Hogan as upbeat and engaging during that appearance.
Reports indicate that Hogan had undergone neck surgery earlier this year.
This surgery was one among at least 25 that Hogan endured over the course of his career.
Hart mentioned that friends and family avoided visiting Hogan during recovery, fearing exposure to illness or infection, per Fox News.
“It just hit so fast,” Hart told People. “We thought he was doing so well. We didn’t go see him because we didn’t want him to get sick from anything we might bring in.” Hart said they wanted to be cautious and give Hogan the best chance to recover without additional complications.
Hart last saw Hogan about a month before his passing. He recalled Hogan being in good spirits, smiling and interacting with fans. Despite his medical challenges, Hogan seemed determined to stay active and connected with the public.
The final words Hart relayed to Hogan’s assistant were heartfelt. “Well, tell him I love him,” Hart remembered. That message would become his final goodbye to the wrestling legend.
Initial reports said Hogan experienced a medical emergency at his Florida home early Thursday morning. Authorities in Clearwater confirmed emergency services responded to a call shortly before 10 a.m.
Hogan reportedly suffered cardiac arrest. He was treated at the scene before being taken to Morton Plant Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The suddenness of the event left both fans and family stunned.
Rumors of Hogan’s health declining had circulated weeks prior, but his wife, Sky Daily, had previously denied them. At the time, she insisted he was “strong” and on the path to recovery. Those reassurances were echoed by others close to Hogan.
Sky Daily shared an emotional tribute Friday morning after news of his death spread. She expressed deep sorrow, saying she wasn’t prepared to lose him and had faith in his resilience. “My heart is in pieces,” she wrote.
She noted that although Hogan had been battling health problems, she truly believed he would recover. The couple had appeared in public together as recently as July 2024 at a boxing event in Tampa.
The wrestling world, friends, and fans continue to mourn the loss of a man who was a defining figure in the industry. Hulk Hogan’s death marks the end of an era in professional wrestling.
