After Omar Mocks Easter Service On Plane – GOP Leaders Respond with ‘Fire and Brimstone’
What’s Happening:
Democrats say they respect all Americans, regardless of their differences. Really? They often accuse Republicans of being closed-minded bigots.
But what can we say about progressive leftist Rep. Ilhan Omar? Apparently, she got upset about a video of Christians singing songs on an airplane and made a rude assertion.
From Twitter:
I think my family and I should have a prayer session next time I am on a plane. How do you think it will end? pic.twitter.com/5696Erwsl5

I think my family and I should have a prayer session next time I am on a plane. How do you think it will end?
Of course, the radical leftist appeared to suggest that if she and her Muslim family prayed on an airplane, they would receive a negative reaction from other people on board.
She said this, without any evidence. She was simply harping on negative stereotypes her party spreads about Americans.
So, GOP representatives blasted her.
From Fox News:
Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., expressed outrage over a video of Christians singing on a plane, leading many Republicans to attack her for what they suggested was anti-Christian bigotry…
“Why do you hate Christians, Ilhan?” Vernon Jones, a Black pro-Trump former Democrat who is running to represent Georgia in the U.S. House of Representatives, asked…
“In America, Muslims can & do pray in public,” Jose Castillo, a Republican candidate running for Congress in Florida’s 9th Congressional District, tweeted.
After Rep. Omar appeared to insult Christians singing songs on Easter, Republican representatives fired back big time.
Most of them asked a telling question about Omar. Why does she appear to dislike Christians?
Some of them pointed out that the First Amendment allows all Americans to exercise their faith, even in public. Jose Castillo pointed out that Muslims can and do pray in public in the U.S.
Cicely Davis, a GOP candidate from Minnesota, blasted Omar going as far as to say the Democrat “hate[s] Christians & Jews & lots of Muslims.”
We all know Democrats are facing a tough re-election cycle. All signs suggest Americans will rush to the polls to remove these liberals from power. Anything Democrats do now can either help or hurt their chances.
So, why would this Democrat post such a foolish and insulting post on Twitter? Does she really believe most Americans share her views that we all hate Muslims?
This was not going to go over well, even among her own followers. Big swing and a miss.
Key Takeaways:
- Ilhan Omar got flack for mocking Christians on Easter.
- She ridiculed a video of Christians singing, suggesting Muslims couldn’t pray in public.
- Republican representatives and candidates blasted her for the bigoted comment.
