Pam Bondi Just Dropped the Hammer on Senior DOJ Immigration Lawyer Who Apologized to Obama Era Judge, ISSUES WARNING

SHARE

Neither Pam Bondi nor the Trump Administration is playing around when it comes to those entering the United States illegally.

They CERTAINLY aren’t playing games when it comes to violent foreign gang members of MS-13, now designated as a foreign terror organization.

But the Trump Administration made a mistake — a ‘clerical error’ or ‘administrative error’ — according to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

That error had to do with the deportation of a man from El Salvador.

Before we get to Pam Bondi’s decisive action inside the DOJ, take a look at how the mainstream media is covering this story.

Here’s a clip from CNN with one of their correspondents assigned to immigration issues.

Or, allow me introduce her another way which may give you a heads up to the game being played here — here’s a clip from CNN featuring Priscilla Alvarez, former editor at the Atlantic:

As you can see, the media is generally fixated on the minor administrative error that the Trump Administration made, and the narrative that the man is just a hardworking father and husband — but which does not change the fact that he came to the country illegally, and is a verified leader within MS-13.

From the CNN clip you can see they would rather spin things to sound like he is just a hardworking family man, who a lifetime ago came to the United States, and has since left his gang affiliation behind.

But that’s not really the truth, which shouldn’t be surprising at this point.

The Trump Administration contends Garcia was, and is, an MS-13 gang leader — an active member of a foreign terrorist organization.

Court records indicate that is true, as well as the fact that Kilmar Abrego Garcia entered the United States illegally; both points highlighted by JD Vance.

Here’s a clip of the VP weighing in on the gross nature of this issue during his interview on Fox News a few days ago:

And here’s the post Vance made highlighting that even the judge years ago who DENIED Garcia’s application for asylum agreed he was a member of MS-13 and had entered the country illegally:

Here’s the full text of Vance’s post:

Kyle Cheney, a “legal affairs reporter” is apparently unable or unwilling to look at the facts here.

In 2019, an Immigration Judge (under the first Trump administration) determined that the deported man was, in fact, a member of the MS-13 gang. He also apparently had multiple traffic violations for which he failed to appear in court. A real winner.

It is telling that the entire American media is going to run a propaganda operation today making you think an innocent “father of 3” was apprehended by a gulag. Here are the relevant facts:

1) The man is an illegal immigrant with no right to be in our country.

2) An immigration judge determined he was a member of the MS-13 gang.

3) Because he is not a citizen, he does not get a full jury trial by peers. In other words, whatever “due process” he was entitled to, he received.

The error that the mainstream media is fixed upon seems to be that the administrative process was not followed to the letter, being that the man had previously attained a permit from the Department of Homeland Security to work in the US.

That was despite the fact that his official asylum application, based on an argument that a rival gang would kill him if he were to be deported back to El Salvador, was denied.

(I wonder why that was denied?  Maybe because no judge wanted his name attached to an approved asylum request from an MS-13 gang leader?)

That ‘error’ that keeps being mentioned in this situation seems to be that the Department of Homeland Security permit to work in the US was not honored as it normally is as a guard against deportation.

And instead of dropping Garcia into the lap of Homeland Security, ICE simply deported him as per their job considering he entered the country illegally and was shown to be a member (leader) of a foreign terrorist organization.

Which would render that ‘administrative error’ null and void, once the pertinent issues of deporting an illegal member of a terror organization had been taken care of.

Except… it gets even worse.

Not only is the mainstream media not willing to admit that the ‘administrative error’ was completely irrelevant to the situation or its outcome.

But a Department of Justice lawyer — the acting Deputy Director of the DOJ immigration litigation division, in fact — APPOLOGIZED to the Obama-era judge for Garcia’s deportation, rather than doing his job and ensuring that the FUNDAMENTAL JUSTIFICATION for Garcia’s deportation was argued appropriately.

And Pam Bondi made an example of him for his trouble:

Here’s the full post explaining the situation from journalist Mario Nawfal:

DOJ LAWYER WHO ADMITTED DEPORTATION MISTAKE PUT ON LEAVE

A top Justice Department attorney just got benched—after telling a judge the feds wrongly deported a Maryland man to El Salvador.

Erez Reuveni, who recently got bumped up to acting deputy director of immigration litigation, admitted in court that Kilmar Abrego Garcia “should not have been removed.”

He didn’t even have the arrest order.

Now? Reuveni’s on leave, and the DOJ is scrambling to block a judge’s order to bring Garcia back by Monday.

Trump officials claim Garcia’s tied to MS-13.

Pam Bondi didn’t waste any time making an example out of that apologetic DOJ attorney, according to White House Correspondent Kellie Meyer with NewsNation:

Meyer also reiterated Pam Bondi’s warning to ‘every Department of Justice attorney’:

As usual, the media and those pesky rogue judges are singularly focused on twisting the truth into something hard for people to swallow.

They want Americans to have an emotional reaction to a ‘horrific’ mistake that somehow landed a loving father and hardworking MIGRANT in to everyone’s nightmare scenario — locked up on a foreign land unjustly.

But don’t forget the facts, brought to you by JD Vance’s post referenced earlier:

It is telling that the entire American media is going to run a propaganda operation today making you think an innocent “father of 3” was apprehended by a gulag. Here are the relevant facts:

1) The man is an illegal immigrant with no right to be in our country.

2) An immigration judge determined he was a member of the MS-13 gang.

3) Because he is not a citizen, he does not get a full jury trial by peers. In other words, whatever “due process” he was entitled to, he received.

Once Pam Bondi learned of her own DOJ lawyer’s indiscretion and apparent lack of understanding regarding the primary focus on Garcia’s deportation — his illegal status and gang membership — she ordered DOJ attorney Erez Reuveni to be put on indefinite administrative leave, according to Fox News:

The Trump administration has placed a Justice Department (DOJ) lawyer on leave for not “zealously advocating” its position in the case involving a Salvadoran man living in Maryland who was mistakenly deported last month.

Attorney General Pam Bondi’s office placed Erez Reuveni, who argued for the government, in Friday’s hearing in which a judge ruled Maryland father Kilmar Abrego Garcia must be returned to the U.S. by Monday, on indefinite paid leave, Fox News has learned.

“At my direction, every Department of Justice attorney is required to zealously advocate on behalf of the United States,” Bondi told the New York Times in a statement. “Any attorney who fails to abide by this direction will face consequences.”

Reuveni on Friday admitted that Garcia’s deportation was a mistake, according to the New York Times.

On Saturday, the Trump administration argued in an emergency appeal that U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis can’t force the administration to return Garcia to the U.S.

Xinis on Friday ruled that the government must make arrangements to have Garcia back in the U.S. before Monday at midnight.

The Saturday emergency appeal seeks to temporarily stay Xinis’ decision until the government has time to properly appeal the ruling.

“Late Friday afternoon, a federal district judge ordered the United States to force El Salvador to send one of its citizens – a member of MS-13, no less – back to the United States by midnight on Monday. If there was ever a case for an emergency stay pending appeal, this would be it,” the government wrote in the emergency appeal reviewed by Fox News Digital.

The Obama-era judge who ordered Garcia’s return did so on the premise that the Trump Administration violated the Administrative Procedures Act, since he didn’t receive a court appearance prior to his deportation.

You know… considering he’s a member of a foreign terror organization who entered the country illegally!

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt gave a great explanation of the issues surrounding Garcia’s

The Trump Administration is also arguing against the judge’s command to return Garcia to the United States on the basis that it no longer has ‘control over’ his custody, according to the New York Post:

The government also argued that it “does not have control over” Garcia now that he is in El Salvador.

“Nevertheless, the court’s injunction commands that Defendants accomplish, somehow, Abrego Garcia’s return to the United States in give or take one business day,” the appeal said, calling it “indefensible.”

The filing said that they “lacked the power” to require the government “on the clock, to try to force a foreign country to take a discrete action.”

It added, “Abrego Garcia has been found to be a member of a designated Foreign 3 Terrorist Organization, MS-13. Given that status, he has no legal right or basis to be in the United States at all.”

Xinis on Friday said that the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s March 15th expulsion of Garcia violated the Administrative Procedures Act, since it occurred without a judicial proceeding.

The Trump administration has acknowledged Garcia’s removal was an “administrative error,” but has also defended it, alleging that Garcia has ties to MS-13.

“This individual is an illegal criminal who broke our nation’s immigration laws. He is a leader in the brutal MS-13 gang, and he is involved in human trafficking,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a briefing on Tuesday.

“And now MS-13 is a designated foreign terrorist organization. Foreign terrorists have no legal protections in the United States of America. And this administration is going to continue to deport foreign terrorists and illegal criminals from our nation’s interior,” she added.

At the heart of every skewed narrative coming from the left are facts conveniently left out, and usually a good amount of falsified information to go along with it.

That’s exactly what we have here.

Rogue judges and a complicit media continue to work together towards the invalidation of President Trump’s agenda, and to stop his practical actions in making this country safe once more.

And don’t forget those operating from even deeper within the system of the Deep State, like the acting Deputy Director of the immigration litigation division inside the DOJ — who whether by neglect or intention — provided tons of fodder for the media pundits and judges to keep this issue rolling around, rather than getting clarification and everyone moving on.

It is sickening to see what depths the immigration apologists will lower themselves to just to argue their illogical points.

Americans are still at risk, as a direct result of government mishandling and negligence, and yet they still argue in favor of polices that KEEP HARMING AMERICANS.

The silver lining, if there is one, is that the more they do this… the more the irrationality of their entire stance becomes evident to more and more Americans.

But at what cost, in the meantime?  More American lives?  More rapes?  More murders?

The complicit media and left-aligned judges simply don’t seem to care.

And that’s why it’s so important that the work of sending those who have come here illegally — particularly those with criminal backgrounds — are removed as soon as possible.
