Biden Stomps on 100 Years of Tradition – It Marks an Earth-Shaking Change for Election 2024

One of the hallmarks of the Joe Biden presidency is that he doesn’t appear to care much about American culture and tradition. To get what he and his donors want Biden skirts what the American people want.

Biden and his cronies in the Democratic Party are already manipulating how they plan to influence the 2024 presidential election. If anyone steps out of line with what they want, they’re ready to cut ties and move on.

The president is following along in lockstep with the Democratic Party regarding an historically early primary race. Biden plans to break 100 years of tradition and not place his name on New Hampshire’s Democratic presidential primary ballot. Biden’s reasons for following what party leaders demand of him were parroted by his campaign manager Julie Chávez Rodríguez.

From Fox News:
“While the president wishes to participate in the Primary, he is obligated as a Democratic candidate for President to comply with the Delegate Selection Rules for the 2024 Democratic National Convention promulgated by the Democratic National Committee,” Chávez Rodríguez said.

She sent a letter to the New Hampshire Democratic Party laying out how the president had pledged to follow party rules. The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has stated it will discipline candidates who compete in unsanctioned primaries like the one New Hampshire is planning to hold next year.

And, of course, Biden does what his Democratic Party handlers tell him to do when it comes to his reelection run. Does he know any other way?

New Hampshire has been first in line for a presidential primary in both major political parties’ nominating calendars for a century. Iowa has been front and center for the lead-off caucuses for the Democrats and Republicans for half a century.

But neither apparently is in line with what liberal Democratic leadership wants. Democrats for years have knocked both Iowa and New Hampshire as unrepresentative of the party as a whole, for being largely White with few major urban areas.

Enter the new favored launch points for Democrats in Nevada and South Carolina. They are touted by party leadership as much more diverse and are a focus of Democrats seeking to increase diversity of the electorate in early voting states. Nevada and South Carolina have voted third and fourth on the calendar in recent cycles.

The president and supporters argue that the new primary plan will empower minority voters, whom Democrats rely on to win elections event though the party has been faulted for at times taking minorities for granted.

With the full support of Biden, the Democratic Party moved South Carolina to the lead position, with a Feb. 3, 2024, primary. New Hampshire and Nevada are scheduled to hold primaries three days later, with Iowa entirely losing its early state position.

New Hampshire isn’t buckling to party pressure. The state has a nearly half-century-old law that mandates that it hold the first presidential primary a week ahead of any similar contest, likely in late January.

Sticking to tradition will cost Democrats in New Hampshire under DNC rules. State Democrats will be non-compliant, and the state could lose half of its delegates to next summer’s Democratic presidential nominating convention, under DNC penalties passed last year.
