Kamala’s Explosive Remarks to Teamsters President Revealed—Tucker Carlson Left Speechless
Teamsters President Claims Kamala Harris Was ‘Arrogant,’ Believed She’d Win With or Without Endorsement
Teamsters President Sean O’Brien delivered pointed criticism of Vice President Kamala Harris and the Democratic Party during a recent interview with Tucker Carlson, offering rare insight into tensions between the labor movement and Democratic leadership.
O’Brien described Harris as “arrogant” and accused her of pressuring unions to align with her political ambitions, even stating, “I’m gonna win, with you, or without you.” O’Brien described Harris as “arrogant” and accused her of pressuring unions to align with her political ambitions.
This didn’t age well:
Kamala Harris stormed out of a campaign meeting after smugly telling union president she’d win the election ‘with or without you’ just before her crushing loss to Donald Trump.

O’Brien recounted an encounter between Harris and his union vice president, Joan Corey, in June prior to President Joe Biden’s exit from the race. O’Brien stated that Harris’s demeanor became demanding after learning Corey was with the Teamsters.
“Teamsters? You better get on board. You better get on board. Better get on board soon,” Harris told the union representative, per the Daily Mail.
Harris concluded the meeting with a bold statement: “I’m gonna win, with you or without you,” which O’Brien relayed during his interview.

“Damn. I thought I was arrogant. That’s really arrogant,” joked Carlson in response.
O’Brien revealed that Harris only answered four out of 16 standard questions that the Teamsters provided to every candidate. In contrast, candidates including President-elect Donald Trump, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Cornel West answered all 16. Harris’s reluctance to engage on key issues for the union underscored her attempt to compel union support rather than earn it, O’Brien suggested.
During the interview, O’Brien also shared his experience meeting Biden, whom he described as a “nice older gentleman” supportive of the labor movement. However, O’Brien expressed concerns about Biden’s health and fitness for office.
“We had Biden in there, and you could just clearly tell he was not the man he was. It was kinda sad,” he said, adding that the Democratic Party’s treatment of Biden seemed like “elderly abuse” to him.
O’Brien attempted to raise his concerns with Marty Walsh, Biden’s former Labor Secretary and now the head of the NHL Players’ Association, but said he was left equally frustrated.
“Let me ask you a question, Marty. Excuse my French. Who does this f*cking lady think she is?” he recounted, asking Walsh about Harris.
Despite his criticisms, O’Brien did not endorse Trump or Harris. He revealed that while he was invited to speak at the Republican National Convention, the Democratic National Convention extended no such invitation. As a result, O’Brien has become an outspoken critic of the Democrats, a party he says has taken union support for granted.
O’Brien described his frustration with Democratic priorities, stating they no longer represent working-class Americans. In contrast, O’Brien said that the GOP is emerging as representing the working class.
“It’s funny you know, before you always had Democrats fighting for working people and now we kind of see a switch where working people feel like they’ve been left behind by the Democratic Party and the Republicans say they want to be the party to represent the working class,” he said.
“They have an opportunity to do it but you know I think we’ve got a huge opportunity to organize. We’ve been exposing them and we’ve been fighting. And you know our biggest our biggest opponent right now is Amazon and we’re gonna crush them,” he added.
O’Brien described his frustration with Democratic priorities, stating they no longer represent working-class Americans. Speaking with podcaster Theo Von in October, he voiced his dissatisfaction with the party’s focus.
“I’m a Democrat but they have f*cked us over for the last 40 years and for once we’re standing up as a union saying what the f*ck have you done for us?” he said.
O’Brien revealed that the Teamsters union has contributed $15.7 million to Democratic campaigns over two and a half years, compared to $340,000 for Republicans. Despite this, he accused the Democrats of being “bought and paid for by big tech,” rather than prioritizing working people.
