Despite all common sense and logic, people are still talking to Nancy Pelosi. The woman stepped down from House leadership after losing the majority in 2022. She has stayed out of the limelight for most of the time since.
But with an election coming up, it is likely this dyed-in-the-wool Democrat is trying to must up support for Biden.
She appeared on an MSNBC show to speak with host Katy Tur. The former Speaker spouted the typical talking points about Biden, which amount to a deceptive spinning of Joe’s failed agenda. But, the entrenched liberal showed, once again, that she is not over her seething hatred for Donald Trump.

Nancy Pelosi on Monday appeared to lose her temper when MSNBC host Katy Tur brought up how the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the economy under former President Donald Trump…“And Joe Biden is doing that, created 9 million jobs in his term in office,” Pelosi said. “Donald Trump has the worst record of job loss of any president, so we just have to make sure people know.”

“He had the worst record of any president,” Pelosi said, raising her voice. “We’ve had other concerns in our country. If you want to be an apologist for Donald Trump, that may be your role, but it ain’t mine.”
Nancy Pelosi pulled out the claim that Joe Biden added “9 million” jobs as president. She then claimed Donald Trump had “the worst record of job loss” of any president. This is a gross distortion of facts. Even Katy Tur knew that.
The COVID pandemic, a global crisis that hit every nation, was why job losses were so stark during Trump’s final year in office. Yet his economy was quickly rebounding by the end of 2020, thanks to his aggressive pro-business policies.
Meanwhile, Biden did nothing to add “9 million” jobs to the economy. Early in 2021, many states started to reopen after the lockdowns. That meant people who were out of work for months returned to their jobs. That “9 million” was due to that, not anything Biden did. In fact, Biden’s “stimulus” bill from early 2021 hampered job growth, as it encouraged people not to go back to work.
But when Pelosi was confronted with these obvious facts, she lashed out at the host. Tur reminded Pelosi that the pandemic was largely responsible for the “facts” she was spouting. That is when Pelosi accused Tur of being a “Trump apologist.”
That is how far-gone many Democrats have become. To actually quote real facts and numbers makes you a “Trump apologist.” Which seems to suggest, from Pelosi’s own claims, that to oppose Trump you have to ignore reality.
Pelosi has long shown shocking contempt for the former president. She is the poster child of what people call “Trump Derangement Syndrome.” It seems that her hatred and fear of Trump hasn’t gotten any better in the years since he left office. In fact, it might have gotten worse.
