Roseanne Barr made her triumphant return to Twitter after a nearly three-year absence thanking Elon Musk for bringing free speech and comedy back to the internet.

Roseanne said: “Damn it feels good to be a gangster. Thank you @michaelmalice for getting me my twitter back! 62 million views isn’t bad for a multi-cancelled has been. Thanks @elonmusk for fact checking the mind controlled bots after me and for giving @TheoVon a platform. Comedy is back!”

This happened after a joke Roseanne told was censored by YouTube after she made an appearance on comedian Theo Von’s podcast.

During the conversation, the two comedians talked about how the left censor what they call “misinformation.” This came before Joe Biden was ordered to stop censoring his critics on social media by a federal judge.

At one point, Barr sarcastically gave an example of what the left’s censors saying, “And you know, nobody died in the Holocaust either. That’s the truth.”

YouTube then removed the video citing “hate speech” rules, even though it was obvious Barr was joking. Von even released the full clip when the backlash started showing it was a joke but the left still censored and trashed her.

Enter Elon Musk later who said the video would be allowed to stay on Twitter, saying “comedy is legal on this platform.”

YouTube spokesperson Jack Malon said, “We issued a strike to Theo Von’s channel for violating our hate speech policy, which prohibits content promoting violence against individuals or groups based on attributes such as race or religion.

“As a result of this strike, the channel is prohibited from uploading content to YouTube for one week.”

Von said: “Here is the full clip of Roseanne Barr obviously using sarcasm and satire.

“She is a mensch and one of the funniest people i’ve ever met.”
