Supreme Court Has Biden in Their Sights – Conservative Justice’s Next Bullseye May Be the White House

The Supreme Court struck a major blow against big government when it ended federalized abortions. But they are far from finished giving power back to the people.

It appears the Trump-appointed justices and their conservative allies are going to take a hatchet to the administrative state. And federal agencies might be on the chopping block next.

Taken together, it’s clear which direction things are headed — the federal government is going to be able to do a lot less than it has been able to do in the past.

Axios and other sources are predicting that the conservative majority of the Supreme Court will be spending time cutting down the federal government’s power.

Recently, the court ruled against the CDC, OSHA, and EPA. These rulings limited how much power these agencies (which all answer to the president) can wield over the American people.

Some are predicting this will continue over the coming years. The court could prevent these agencies from deciding major issues that affect everyday Americans (and businesses).

For years, the federal government has grown bigger and bigger. Americans have just gotten used to a president or one of his agencies deciding important issues.

From marriage to abortion to vaccines, we’ve been forced to sit back and let power-hungry officials make decisions for us.

You don’t have to be a constitutional scholar to know why that is wrong.

It is possible that as cases are brought before this court, that SCOTUS will rule in favor of Americans over the government.

This could significantly reduce what Biden and other future presidents can do, outside of the approval of the American public.

While leftists are starting to panic, the rest of us will simply cheer.
