Unredacted Mar-a-Lago Search Warrant Affidavit Unsealed by Judge Reveals Bombshell Evidence Of Trump Setup
Unredacted Mar-a-Lago Search Warrant Affidavit Unsealed by Judge Reveals How Biden DOJ Shifted Investigation From Classified Documents To An Espionage Case: Report
The Biden Justice Department (DOJ) released a heavily redacted affidavit from the FBI used to secure a search warrant for Mar-a-Lago in August 2022.
The Gateway Pundit reports that media organizations requested the unredacted version, prompting Judge Aileen Cannon to unseal it.
“Happy Unredaction Sunday!” Real Clear Investigations’ Julie Kelly shared on X over the weekend.

Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart granted approval to unseal new aspects of the Trump Mar-a-Lago search warrant last year.
Reinhart, however, stated in his order on the motion to unseal, “the government agreed that a redacted version of the Response could be unsealed without compromising legitimate governmental interests.”
The newly unredacted documents shed light on how the Biden administration shifted the focus of the investigation from classified documents to a case under the Espionage Act.
“This was a total setup,” The Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila said. Judicial Watch’s Tom Fitton shared similar remarks, calling the whole saga “a set-up from the get-go.”

An unidentified FBI special agent disclosed receiving specific training at Quantico related to “counterintelligence and espionage investigations” in the unredacted documents, for example.
Jack Smith indicted Trump in Miami last June on 37 federal counts for storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate, which was under Secret Service protection.
Trump notably also faced 31 counts under the Espionage Act for the willful retention of national defense information and six other charges related to his interactions with his lawyer.
“Unsealed filings in classified docs include FBI affidavit to get search warrant to raid Mar-a-Lago. (Left is most recent publicly available affidavit that I’m aware of),” Kelly said on X.
She then went on to outline how the DOJ shifted its investigation from a classified documents case to one under the Espionage Act.

The unredacted affidavit suggests that all the boxes originated from the White House in January 2021. However, recent revelations indicate that at least two pallets of boxes were initially dispatched to Virginia before finding their way to Mar-a-Lago.
These particular boxes contained documents marked with “classified markings.” They were first abandoned outside of Washington, DC, in Virginia, before eventually reaching Mar-a-Lago, per The Gateway Pundit.
“Why would this need to be redacted? Kelly pressed in her X thread. “And keep in mind–as I flagged yesterday–two pallets of Trump’s boxes were transported from GSA facility in VA to MAL in early August 2021.This affidavit makes it sound like all the boxes originated from WH in Jan 2021.”
“So the FBI and DOJ’s degenerate midget Jay Bratt (who went to MAL on June 3, 2022 to look for boxes) thought the Biden regime was entitled to get ALL of Trump’s boxes?” she continued. “These people are diabolical.”
Resist The Mainstream reported in 2023 on former president Donald Trump declining to answer a question about moving classified documents during an interview.
“Did you direct anyone to move the boxes, Mr. President? Did you tell anyone to move the boxes?” interviewer Hugh Hewitt asked, to which Trump replied, “I don’t talk about anything.”
