Fani Willis Could Be Disbarred and Charged with Perjury After Trump Team Finds New Evidence!

Uh oh! The political witch hunt against President Trump is coming back around to haunt Democrat operatives.

Fani Willis could potentially be charged with perjury and disbarred after new evidence was unveiled today.

Yes, that’s right: the prosecutor trying to jail President Trump could potentially end up in jail herself!

What happened?

Well, new cell phone evidence appears to suggest that Fani Willis was in a relationship BEFORE she hired him as a special prosecutor against President Trump.

What does this mean?

Both lawyers are facing potential perjury charges and disbarment.

Fani Willis was supposed to be the Democrats’ rising star.

They were hoping to use identity politics to promote her to bring down Donald Trump.

As a black woman, she quickly became a darling of the radical left.

But it turns out there are consequences to political correctness.

Hot Air has more details on the troubles coming Fani’s way:

Donald Trump’s legal team had a bombshell in its back pocket after all. In a new filing in the Fani Willis disqualification motions, cellphone records demonstrate that Willis and Nathan Wade’s close relationship started before she hired him as the special prosecutor for the RICO case against Trump et al. And if this data can be substantiated, it could set up both lawyers for perjury charges and disbarment.

How did they get this data, and is it reliable? The filing explains that the defense team subpoenaed AT&T to get the data, and it’s remarkable. In court, Wade was somewhat ambiguous and evasive when asked when their sexual relationship started, but Willis was far more direct. She insisted that they had a collegial relationship and nothing more prior to November 2021, when she hired Wade, and that they had never spent any extended time together. Willis specifically denied that Wade had ever stayed overnight anywhere she resided until after his hiring and his filing for divorce, which happened within 24 hours of each other.

But things get even worse.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) is very left-wing and has a very strong liberal bias.

Well, even THEY are admitting that this is a very big deal.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports:

Nathan Wade appeared to make at least 35 visits to the Hapeville neighborhood where Fani Willis was living before the district attorney hired him to lead Fulton County’s election interference prosecution, according to cellphone data included in a court submission filed Friday. …

Trump’s lawyers relied on data collected from Wade’s cellphone and cellphone tower transmissions to track his movements. It seems to contradict Wade’s testimony last week in which he said he had visited Willis at her condo in Hapeville no more than 10 times before he was hired in November 2021. It also indicates Wade twice arrived late at night at the condo and left early the next morning in the months before Willis and Wade said their relationship became romantic early in 2022.

Both Wade and Willis testified last week that they did not spend the night together at the Hapeville condo.

You know Fani is in trouble if even leftist media is reporting the truth.

The irony?

This was supposed to bring down President Trump.

Now, it’s exposing just how corrupt the entire system is!

To be clear: the allegations aren’t just that the District Attorney inappropriately spent money on and used tax payer funds to hire a special prosecutor to go after President Trump…

It’s also the fact that she lied about it under oath.

And we now have evidence that supports that she lied.

So here’s the question:

If Fani lied about something so simple, is there anything else she’s lying about?

Per the New York Post:

Nathan Wade’s phone has been tracked to District Attorney Fani Willis’ home late night in 2021, well before the pair claim they were a couple, according to a bombshell new court filing by attorneys for Donald Trump in his Georgia election fraud case.

On 35 occasions Wade was in the vicinity of the condo Willis was subleasing from a friend in Hapeville, Georgia, “for an extended period of time” between April 1, 2021 and Nov. 30, 2021, according to Charles Mittelstadt, an investigator hired by Trump’s team.

Many of those visits were before Wade was hired by Willis to be special prosecutor of the Trump case in November 2021, and appear to contradict court testimony last week when he said he claimed he been at the condo no more than 10 times before he was hired.

The duo have told the court they didn’t strike up a romantic relationship until the spring of 2022, and broke up around a year later.
